La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Horn Lake/Southaven Area

Pros +

• Clean hotel. Great breakfast. Great location. Very good value.
• I didn’t like that for the six day. I never got clean sheet or room clean after requesting it. I have stay here many years but this was not good . The staff was very friendly no problem with staff. I just need my room clean after 3 days they should have clean it ? I ask several times. No one did anything about it. Yes breakfast use to be a good choice but not many thing to choose from. The hotel it self was clean never a problem.

Cons -

• The room smelled terrible of stale cigarette smoke. Also appeared to be in not a very good area of town as there was loud music and sirens most of the night.

• room was unclean. bathroom floor dirty, dust on lamp and surfaces. floor dingy looking and room had an odor. recommend staying on higher floor if possible. our room was on second floor and could hear people above walking loudly.
