I reserved 5 rooms. Each one had cleanliness issues. Two had to be actually changed to another room.
Elevator wasn't working. Light in shower was very, very dim. Location was not what I expected. Neighboring properties were unkept.

Nothing

Disgusting. They are just starting a long overdue remodel. No hot breakfast because of it - I specially chose Fairfield because I like their breakfast. I was going to choose a cheaper hotel and I should have.
