Clean. Quiet. Friendly.

Good spot for a stop off the highway, safe, clean.

The room had a funky dank smell to it, but it was clean.

Check-in and check-out was easy and simple. Even with it being Christmas Day, the cleanliness of the room was perfect.

Proximity to Interstate

Toilet overflowed. Staff could not remedy situation. Exchange of rooms.

The last night of my stay I woke up with bug bites all over me. Note sure if they were bed bugs or mosquitos. I informed the girl at the front desk and asked that it was checked out and let me know what they found out. Never heard from anyone.

Nothing didn’t even get to stay because of unknown $250 deposit

Still haven’t received an email for refund.

The attitude hotel employee at the service desk had was excellent. She has great customer service skills!! The room was ready and very clean!!

The hotel is nice and clean. However, after 12 hours of driving and desperately needing sleep, we had none to speak of. The AC unit was vibrating so loudly that every time it kicked on we all were awakened (all night).

The location was not what I would like; the hotel was at the back street that can be missed easily...

It was clean and nice. The breakfast looked great (but we did not have any) for a free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helped us get situated. The location was perfect.

The bed was a little too firm for us (although it was not the worst bed we've slept in)

Did not sleep well. Bed was not comfortable. Design of bathroom was not good. Small counter top in the bathroom area. Bathroom door should be on the outside of the counter top area.
