location the staff was amazing

the one thing that happened was the elevator door button was sticking and the elevator door was constantly opening. good thing there were two elevators.

The front desk employee  was very outgoing and helpful. She made me and my grandson feel very welcome.

Hotel is a little dated

The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean. The location was close to restaurants.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was outdated a little but overall, fine for the night.

As I was checking out,with my young son. Several of the hotel guests were fighting in the breakfast area. Throwing chairs, spraying mace and the manager was trying her best to handle it, she apologized. Sorry my son saw that. The police responded.

The hotel was close to fast food and other hotels.

The checkin experience was horrible. The desk clerk was unfriendly/ did not smile. She smiled at the white people she checked in but was cold with us. It made us feel less than human. No ice on 2,3, or 4 floors. One elevator worked and breakfast was sad.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The GM of the hotel was working front desk. She was awesome! Super friendly, respectful, accommodating...I would go back to that hotel just for the courteousness.

Even though I had a late check-in, the desk clerk was extremely friendly and my check-in went smoothly.

It was a little dated, but I wouldn't consider it anything that I dislike.

The renovated rooms were great. It’s still a work in progress. The staff was absolutely fantastic.

Nothing really. It’s just a work in progress. It will be great. As long as they keep it clean.

The mattress was worn and the bed made noise every time I moved. Need new mattresses

The room was a bit dated, couch was old and coffee table was dusty. Toilet seat did not fit on toilet.
