There is NO pool!! Also the bathroom was dirty and the entire 2nd floor smelt like weed. Not fun to explain to children.

It was a safe place to sleep for the night.

The lobby smelled dangerous and full of chemical fragrances. I had to try holding my breath to get through it. The room was also dirty. Not horrible, but not great either.

I like the location.

There wasn't any paper or styrofoam coffee cups in my room. I did get a couple in the kitchen area. There was only enough coffee to make one cup in my room, but, that's not all bad. I could have gotten another cup in the dining area.

Pool was filled in with concrete but they show they have one, bit disappointment for these 100 degree days.No breakfast

Was not handicap accessible as we requested when making our reservation. No elevator. Had to climb flight of stairs to second floor. The rooms were unkempt and not worth the price they charged.

I believe the beds are pretty comfortable.

had to call from my cell to check in. Then someone popped out answering the phone. They have no breakfast, the Heat/Air didn't work and fridge didn't work at all.

We booked a place in Jackson but it looked run down and dilapidated. This looked safer.

The door to let dogs out you couldn¿t go out but you could go in.

I was over charge abd my bathroom lights never worked. I spoke to three customer service and the manager nothing never happened.

internet is not available in room. sometimes hardly connect with very poor signal.

Right off I-20, perfect location.

A deep cleaning and maintenance repairs are needed. There is no elevator which was a surprise.

front desk staff was good at checkin 

Everything else was bad. Toilet ran all night. Shower/tub did not drain. No phone. Hotel doesn't answer its own phone and has no voicemail set up. Room was not very clean let lone sanitized for COVID. Check out staff was rude and argumentative. No coffee

The bed was comfortable and the TV was a nice.

The water did not get hot.

The hotel was very close to the venue we were visiting, which is why I picked it. It was also fairly priced, which also helped.

The bathroom did not seem quite clean somehow. The toilet ran all night. Overall, the hotel was what I expected though, so I cannot say I was really disappointed.

Good, free breakfast. Clean rooms. The parking was free.

No ironing board, no place to hang clothes

I think it is safe to say I did not focus on the star level of this hotel. It ACTUALLY deserves only 3 stars.

In my experience getting a suite is better than getting a single room. The single had linoleum floors instead of carpet and had water tracks from when it was mopped. Shower rod barely hanging on to wall. End of hallway door nonfunctional inside or out.

Easy to find

Roaches, old uncomfortable mattress, no elevator, ineffective ac, odd smells, owner who also lives there yelling at his child very loudly and also parking in the only handicap place

Clean and when I checked in the staff was very nice and informative.

In the room I stayed was a lot of noise next door like someone jumping off furniture or something and it was done late at night.

Staff was pleasant and helpful.

No AC inside in the hallways. Hallway floor smell bad but room did not.

Hotel didn't honor reservation. Front desk was rude and no help. Had to go to microtel and was charging $10 more for room. Should been have been a $--- charge but after checking out my online statement was $---. Microtel needs to be condemned.place is nasty

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

1. I could see the hallway through the door crack, luckily there was a chain. 2. The AC unit wasn't working very well (too hot or too cold). 3. The carpets were dirty.
