Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Aberdeen

A few of my relatives stayed there and had bugs in the room, dead and alive. They told us a refund wasn¿t allowed. Even thou it was outdated hotel and the pictures showed exactly that, NO ONE deserves bugs or poor customer service.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Plumbing and electricity are in good order.

It looked like the building maintenance was somewhat neglected. (Crack around door, the one lock on the door did not work.) However, that did not affect our comfort

The location was decent, they didn't have breakfast as it stated online it does which was the reason why I booked this hotel. At first the room seem recently updated.

What I didn't like was the facts the rooms have about 12 different spider webs throughout my room. I had to kill 4 roaches ¿¿, and remove the spider web myself after my first night stay. The lotion in the room was already emptied. No breakfast as stated

Would¿ve been nice to be notified that fireworks were gonna be set off right outside our room, we had small children that we couldn¿t get to sleep and the mess we woke up to and had to park our car on the other side of hotel and that there was no coffee

The bed was AMAZING!!! Must be new beds. I loved that the floors were laminate and not carpet. Great water pressure in the shower!! The air conditioning was good, it stayed on the whole time. I don't like the ones that go off and on through the night

Smell of smoke in the morning. Not sure why... No breakfast because of COVID crap.... that needs to end!! Very out dated!!

Location was great for our needs.

No in-room coffee, and none in the lobby. We did have some instant with us, and the clerk did give us a foam cup to heat up water in the microwave. no place at all to get food, drink, or even coffee around there.

Location to Aberdeen.

Too noisy. Too many people wandering around late at night. Many people coming in and out of rooms late at night. Did not feel safe!

Big room but dusty. Carpets need to be cleaned I got sick. Bad experience at front desk they charged my card threestimes for the same amount and when I claimed they had a really bad attitude

Breakfast was worthless. At 7pm they had to unlock the main entrance so I could check in

quick and friendly, no hassle service.

The wifi was unusable.

The location is convenient to places to grab a quick bite to eat and the room is fairly clean.

The pool was very dirty and the manager is always either inappropriate or rude.

They have a very good quality for the price all around, the only thing i would change is the tubs do not have an anti slip patch on the floor, that would be nice to have while showering, but no big deal. And the wifi could be better, but thats more of a problem with spectrum, my buddy who i was visiting was having the same problems at his house. I actually get better internet from my hotspot. Thankfully you can get great hotspot signal from any of the rooms. Regardless, you can still stream youtube or whatever on their wifi, its not total garbage, just not what im used too.

Honestly the internet, but again, thats a problem with spectrum in that area of mississippi, spectrum does not want to run fibreoptic in more rural or less developed areas.
