Pros +

It was charming, clean and wonderful.
For an older hotel, it is very clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Location and good water pressure.

Cons -

The TV was too small. The bed was "okay" couldve been a little softer, but the pillows were amazing! So I have no real complaints.
The only suggestion would be a better breakfast selection. Other hotels in the area offer a much better breakfast for the same room price.
Room smelled like mildew. Rust on lower front door. Toilet seat was too long for the bowl. Spider on ceiling. Light by bed unplugged. Found it had been taped up with medical tape and had several knots in it! Dark colored mold at top of shower stall.

Sheets were good quality and the room was clean.

Even running the A/C did not cut the immense humidity in the room. Outside was less humid than inside. So the sheets were damp making it hard to sleep well. And for the price--we wish we had stayed at a chain instead.
