Comfort Inn South - Springfield

Room smelt bad. Not that clean. Customer service lady talking about her boyfriend getting arrested all the time and he is in jail at this time. Tv wasn't working. Before going to take a shower water was barely coming out. Didn't shower.

Clean. Staff very kind. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot. Breakfast very good. I will only stay at this hotel when I visit Springfield. I felt very safe. I stayed an extra night and they let me check in early. They also have a free washer and dryer!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was excellent.

The elevator is slow.

The pool/spa was only outshined by the kind staff.

That we didn?t get to stay longer.

Been staying here for years, know the man at the front desk by his first name, he?s very friendly, always accommodating upgrading our room whatever we need. The rooms are always clean and it?s a quiet place to stay close to where we need to be.

There is nothing that I can think of that we didn?t like here

I love staying here when I'm in the Springfield area. Staff is great, location is great with lots of restaurants, and shopping. Easy access to Hwy 65 also. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and provides a decent hot breakfast every morning! Highly recommend!

Toilets are like kids size. LOL.. Need adult size for taller people.

The room layout was awkward and the whole room /bathroom were way too small for the price we paid.

The night staff tried to accommodate, but u can't fix ruined.

I asked 2 B moved 2 separate times because I couldn't stand the horrible stomach of the rooms. After the 3rd room it was best of the 3 but still was just nasty. The older black woman who does breakfast is extremely rude and hovers over you like a buzzard.

The room smelled like mildew, the bed was hard, there was stains on the towels and the chair in the room.

Location was good for my needs.

First and foremost, this room was WAY OVERPRICED! It's, apparently, an older motel and fixtures confirmed that. One issue is the commode is only 14 inches tall, microwave sounds like ready to blow up,stAff was A+, the breakfast was an 8 of 10. OVERPRICE

It was very clean and smelled good. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly. Would recommend.

The breakfast was actually hot and it tasted really good. Staff was very friendly checking in and out.

The luggage carts weren't the greatest they could of been serviced or gotten a couple new ones.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. I stood in front of two staff members sitting at the desk for a minute or two before they finally looked up and acknowledged me

Bed comfy. Plenty of towels. 2 queen bed room.

A washcloth was dirty. Shower had hairs in it. Toilet is very low (regular 2 queen bed room). No grab bars in tub. Hut tub and pool appear filthy, but it's just old and peeling. Hot tub timer is broken. Room is small.
