Clean and spacious room.

No comforter or regular coffee in room

The front desk lady that checked me in was rude. I stood there for 2 min before she even looked up from her chair she was sitting in before she even acknowledged me. Then when my key didn't work and I had to go back to the desk the same thing happened.

The location and the friendly staff!! Hotel employees have all been so accommodating!!! They also have a really good gym, with a nice clean laundry area!!!! This is my go to hotel when I travel to this area!!!

We?ve stayed in the pass and had really good experiences; but, now the place seems to be less than it was. Stains on room furniture, not as clean, wear on furniture, not as many items for breakfast, a car was in the parking lot with a flat tire indicating

I liked the fact that it was close to Costco and a few fast food restaurants.

I disliked a number of things. My shower was tepid, the towels were small, and the room was dingy and stained. As a solo woman traveler, they put me in the one room that had a door accessible to the outside. It was unnerving. And odd.

Great Staff, easy check in.

Bed was a little stiff, could feel the springs.

Shower & toilets were clean

Room was very humid, cobwebs on mirrors & perimeter, floors felt dirty, dust bulid up behind bed.

The quality for the price.

Maybe the breakfast go beyond 9:00. The workout room?s weight machine was broken, and more practical exercise equipment.

The staff were polite.

This hotel needs general repaired to exterior of hotel in the front, all the interior guest room doors need to refinished. The security locks were changed and the door was not refinished and looks tacky. The bath towels had a foul odor, I would not use.

The equipment in the workout room doesn’t work properly. Try pedaling the bike. Also the treadmill on the right doesn’t work. We’ve need to your location 5 or 5 times. The bike was broken when I was here a year ago. Just being honest

Good location off the highway. Air conditioner in the room worked great. Coffee machine in lobby was great.

The plugins by the bed did not work. Faucet in the bathroom looked like it was gonna come out the wall. Pool was not clean/no umbrellas for any shade.

Hotel did accommodate my bottom floor request.

My sheets were very thin and had a stain right on the top of the sheet, that was folded over the blanket at the top of the made bed. It had to be seen by who ever made up the bed. The towels were thin and very small.When we walked in I was very impressed with the lobby. But once we got to our room, I knew we would not be back. Also there was a rather large tripping hazard walking from the laminate floor to the bathroom.

I enjoyed the cappachino machine and the hot breakfast, staff was great!
