Hampton Inn Springfield Southeast

I liked best the hotel was clean, updated, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!

One of the front desk people was extremely talkative and hard to get check out paperwork from. We had a ten hour drive home ahead of us and it delayed our departure for what was already going to be a long drive.

The spacey room and large bathroom. Toilet was not crowed to the wall.

Nice staff, good breakfast

Booked in September for 4 nights in December and got a room with a view of the backside of the marquee. View of a blank wall and slime drain. Window not caulked nor a/c unit. Very cold draft.

The staff and the extras. Water, goody bag, special breakfast were all offered. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son left an earbud in the room and they went the extra mile to go back to the room to search for it. They found it and held it.

It might need a little deep cleaning in the restroom. Those areas that are not usually thought of.

Right off the interstate. Restaurant and grocery store next door. Staff Lexis was phenomenal.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, decent water pressure. Hot breakfast was available and pretty tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Helpful kitchen staff. Coffee was brought to me and didn¿t have to ask for it.

No hot water for shower, lukewarm at best.

Bed was old and uncomfortable and pillows were not very comfortable

Location and privacy very good.

A little issue with Internet connectivity. That affected me a bit but staff made a provision to help me. I hope that is fixed to prevent guests from leaving their room to have access.

Staff Pool Breakfast

Room carpet squares were loose and stained Bed linens has lint. I wasn¿t convinced they were unused.

Location was nice.

Front desk staff was very rude. The heater/air conditioner had French fries and skittles in it. They were in plain sight if cleaning staff really cleaned the room, they would have seen them. Made the room stink with the unit running.

Hotel was clean, staff were all very nice and professional. Breakfast was to be expected, good variety and kept stocked, area was clean. Room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom.

The only complaint I had was the heater in the room had a rattle that went non stop. Luckily we had a long day and I was tired enough for it to not cut into my sleeping.

Convenient location

Breakfast didn't offer what other Hampton Inns offer. No meat the first day, no muffins, donuts, etc just white bread for toast.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast and the little touches to welcome you, ie the coffee always hit and ready. My granddaughter enjoyed the popcorn and cookies too. Will definitely stay here again.

I was shocked the pool wasn¿t heated. Overall this is a trivial matter when it came to our stay.

Indoor pool available

Disappointed in the breakfast closing too early. Said open until 10 but we got there at 945 and we were basically left with whatever was remaining. Felt rushed

Friendly staff. Decently sized suite.

Very small closet. Not enough hanging space or room to stow the suitcase. (We stayed 4 nights.) The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning in the corners of the floor. The shelf in the shower was dirty (black) where it was attached to the wall.

Location, staff, cleanliness

The staff was phenomenal! One of the best hotel experiences we?ve ever had.

Staff was outgoing & friendly!

Nearby highway has road noise all night long.
