I like being able to see my car from my room .I like that location that has one entrance and exit cuts down on the traffic. also appreciate that.My dog can be there without me having to pay more for him than me no pet fee is a big deal

the front desk employees were super nice.

garbage behind bed. sticky floor, throw up on floor behind bed. draweres were dirty, no soap in bathroom, beds uncomfortable

heating and air unit was reliable; window shade darkened the room well; wifi was strong

cigarette burns on bathroom counter in non-smoking guest room; bent shower curtain bar caused problems; coffee in lobby unpalatable; cigarette smoke and animal urine odor in hallway

Very clean, airy, good room amenities.

Locked toilet paper dispenser (I get it), but it wasn't fully stocked and had to go get toilet paper from front desk.

They tried to change me a $100 CASH deposit because I live less than 60 miles away. I had to be at the airport really early so that is why I booked but we don't carry cash so we left went to a different place.

The manager initially couldn't find my prepaid registration, amount posted was off $.03. On first floor without curtains. Anyone could look under shade. Toilet seat was smaller than its base. Night one there wasn't a stopper for the tub to take a bath.

Cost was within reason.

Advertising this location as non-smoking was highly misleading. It was obvious this establishment was older and in need of a refresh to rid the smell of stale smoke. My spouse is highly reactive to structures which still have smoke residues.

Perfect size for a single traveler. No big frills, but a good place to lay your head.

Although it said it was a non-smoking hotel, you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways I went on 4/20, so there was smell of weed coming out of some of the rooms. Once I got into my room, it wasn't terrible.

Staff was fine and helpful when needed. That said, the hotel is falling apart from neglect. From the wrong toilet seat, to the microwave that emitted burning smells. A complete remod+ needed. Will never stay at this chain again.

Everything(except for a nice staff). Even the price being low was not a reason for me to ever go back. Lastly, the room that they put me in was below a room that had pounding on the floor until 3am. Walls are thin. Will never do that again.

What a dump!!! Rude staff, unclean room, awful bed , smelly towels. It advertised breakfast But there was none. Easter of money

The "breakfast" options were bananas and cheap packaged muffins. The air conditioner didn't work unless set at 61 degrees. The neighborhood was very sketchy and the hallway outside our room smelled horribly of marijuana

Lots of homeless beggars in parking area. My last night there room service forgot soap and shampoo in room.

I had stayed at this hotel a few times before and it was fine This last time I stayed there which was yesterday I woke up at about midnight itching and I had bite marks all over me only for my boyfriend to notice that there was a trail of bed bugs

Since I have to keep it short & sweet just put it like this they would not refund our money for the bed bugs... I felt hopeless & disgusted covered in bites... I've NEVER FELT SO GROSS!!

The staff was nice and they allowed our cat.

The bathroom, vending machine, and air conditioner could all use improvements. The bathroom was clean but the toilet lid wouldn¿t stay up and also didn¿t fit the toilet. The vending machine took our money but didn¿t give us our items and the food was st

There is ONE person on duty cleaning ALL rooms, upstairs and down. We paid too much for the room, so weren¿t going to tip, but she was doing a great job. RedRoof Inn needs to hire more cleaning staff, and my guess is they need to pay better, too.

Location

No toilet paper, toilet seat broken, and pubic looking hair on bath towel. tub not clean & water plug out like if working on it. Strong smell of Marijuana. Bad stain on mattress. Interior Lock latch very loose and not secure.

Nothing. Room was dirty. I had to contact front desk for a cleaning. They were nice and tried to fix the problem.

No soap or toilet paper. Towels were dirty. Had higher expectations based on previous reviews.

Excellent location and friendly service.

We stayed two nights, the first nights stay was awful, old broken down mattresses in both of the queen beds, could hardly move the next morning. The next morning I asked to be moved to a different room, both mattresses were fairly new and about80% better

The staff was very friendly , I don¿t know that I have been to any other hotel where the staff was this nice and helpful , the location is great , the room was good it had a microwave , fridge, tv etc. they had coffee available in the lobby at all times

bathroom was way below par. shower head barely screwed into wall, showing the screws, trim around the tub was simple 1x4's sorta painted. disappointed in bathroom
