The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, and the indoor pool was clean as well. The hotel staff is always nice and friendly. This is our second time to stay here and we will continue as long as our son lives around the corner!

The hotel was very clean and in a great location to shopping and dining options.

The noise from Battlefield St was so loud. We were in the front of the hotel next to the street and could hear people revving their engines all night. Not the hotel's fault but definitely worth mentioning if you are looking for someplace quiet.

The property was clean and the staff was wonderful. The pool is also heated.

I had a short stay, but the room was well equipped with everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. So I had an amazing stay.

I expected for the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it wasn't and I had to ask for a clean set of towels. The breakfast was kinda gross. Peanut butter jars appeared to have been pulled from someone's pantry that had been stored for awhile after use. Poptarts out of packages just sitting in the open not telling how many people handled and contaminated them. A food inspector would have a hayday.

The location was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was also super clean and the staff were so friendly. Marie and Jessie Ann especially were exceptional! I can’t brag enough about this hotel. We will be staying here every year for my parents late Christmas!

Very clean, it even smells clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lady making breakfast sandwiches at a grill as you ordered. All the staff was very friendly!

Nice lobby, ok bar, ok breakfast. Friendly staff

Room was really dirty. Toenails and dust in between bedframe and mattress there was a noticable gap so hard to ignore. Something of mine fell behind the bed and when I grabbed it saw used tissues behind the bed. Pull out couch mattress had a blood stain on it so couldn't be used. Dishes were dirty, fridge and cupboards weren't cleaned, counter barely wiped. Just obviously wasn't cleaned well or double checked.

booked a king bed and got a queen. when I questioned the desk by phone, they assured me that my room was a king room therefore, I had a king bed. I personally have two king beds at home, and this was not a king. Also, the room was small and spartan. not exactly the nice comfortable room I was expecting from all the reviews. also had to park out on the back forty due to over reserved spots for electric vehicles to charge. walk to the room was very long with luggage.

Hotel was nicely located, very modern, room was comfortable and exactly what we needed for space, pool was clean, hallways and common area were well maintained.

Breakfast was disappointing, not many options compared to other places. The lady that was making the food let everything run empty so we had to wait and then she wouldn't give us a big plate for pancakes, it was a saucer plate.

Very small night stands lamp in bedroom didn’t work the parking options was very difficult and location of the elevator was very far away from my room

Everything from top to bottom was clean, elegant and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beyond perfect, the kitchen made it so nice to have real dishes! The air didn’t get as cold as we liked it in the room but it was still perfect!

It was great, except the card I used at the property didn't get charged my card that didn't have money in my account did and it got overdrawn.

our sheets had alot of stains on them that appeared to be stool or blood---also stains on the pillow cases=====front desk notified and I was told we could come and get more sheets---I did not like that response and they had an employee come from the front staff to change the sheets--disappointed for this compared to what we paid for the room

The amount of dog hair in our room was disgusting. When you walked with no shoes it got all over your feet. Super disappointing!!
