Not crazy about the breakfast. It wasnâ≢t bad but it could use a little jazzing up a bit. I stayed here when it was the Holiday Inn Express and the breakfast was so much better with a better variety of items.
Everything was so nice, clean and wonderful. We took a gamble on this no name hotel and were so pleasantly surprised. We come to Springfield often and will always stay here now!!! The bed was super comfy!

The breakfast attendant on Friday, June 14, was following us closely & correcting us (do this, don't do that). At 9:29 closed everything down, locking it up (thanks for the juice refill. Not). Didn't ask if we needed anything else. We changed hotels.
The front desk staff was super helpful, the breakfast was great, and the room was very quiet!
