Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MO

Liked the outdoor space. Used it several times over the weekend. Staff was professional and friendly. Like that there was an in-house bar and grill.

Wished that breakfast would be included in the price.

It was close to where i was working over the weekend and the fromt desk staff were friendly. There were no bed bugs. That is all. The rest is meh to poor. Avoid this one.

The room in poor condition. The wallpaper was worn through in the bathroom, the furniture was nicked due to hard use. There were random brackets bolted to the bathroom wall.. lights flickered and the bed was not comfortable.

Easy to get to and locate. Digital checkin process.

Room was a little dated and had some damage to it. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast

I was pleasantly suprised. The hotel was in the perfect spot for us. We stayed the night for the Garth Brooks concert that was in Branson. The hotel was clean and looked updated. Room was nice and had all the ammentities we needed. Very pleased.

For the price breakfast should have been included. Next time I would pick a cheaper hotel that includes breakfast.

Front desk girls were less than helpful. I had to ask what floor, where the elevators are, etc. Seemed like they were trying to be stuck up for some reason. It was the 2 very young ladies on duty 5/21/22 at 7pm.

The rooms are just rooms, No hottub, breakfast is 12.00 a person, has complimentary coffee, was gross, can pay $4 to $8 for machine coffee, same size as complimentary. Was not impressed at all for being a Hilton. $--- for 2 nights, to me was not worth

The only thing that we liked about the hotel was to location and the front entryway they had a lot of amenities.

I had an allergic reaction to either their sheets or their towels and I¿m guessing it was the sheets and bedding. I couldn¿t figure out why my eyes were swollen shut every morning when I woke up . I¿m guessing they used a very strong detergents or bleach

Not at all everything was perfect

Comfortable bed, quiet room, no musty smells, pool was nice, and loved having a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room.

AC broken, extremely small TV, extremely hard beds, no extra pillows and $3.00 for a bottle of water...this hotel is horrible. They lie about free breakfast...it's not free. When checking out they said sorry for the misunderstanding. I said no, you lied.

- Cleaning crew knocked on door at 10am asking if we had checked out yet? Check with the front desk, better communication - Noise issues shouting - AC unit loud and inefficient - Loud Music played through floor and walls from lobby and conference rooms

The front desk staff were some of the best check in staff I've ever experienced. I also liked the floatie toys available in the pool. My son had a blast. I really appreciate the sleep number beds.

Loved the rooms and the resteraunt/bar available.A big plus was the beds had adjustable firmness settings.

Could not believe they had a pool but not a hot tub/ whirlpool!

Turn the water on! I know this place is trying to be "green" and all that. Trying to save all the world's fresh water by itself is going too far. Takes forever to fill one little cup. Showering is almost like having someone spray you with a spray bottle.
