- Great customer service, clean facilities, pet friendly and delicious complimentary breakfast buffet.
- It was one of the best hotels we've stayed in recently.

Cons -
- The only thing that was kind of bad was the price of snacks.
- Stayed on second floor and it was extremely cold in hallway which I mentioned numerous times to the staff but they never acted like they cared. The Thermostat for the heater in room was way off. Had to set to 62 to maintain 70 in room. Breakfast was bad
- There are no rooms with a pull out sofa at the Sedalia, MO location.
