Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection

Location is good if you'll be downtown. Our corner king room was bigger than a regular king room, but most of this is because of the extra hallway, which is not usable living space.

A male employee walked into our room without knocking while I was breastfeeding my baby. Shower was filthy, hair everywhere, no water pressure. Bathroom floor was sticky. Parking is more expensive than advertised.

The room was beautiful and the staff was incredibly kind.

The room was really cold and the thermostat was restricted so I could not adjust the temperature

The room did not have a microwave

Cleanliness

Was not allowed to check in until 2 hours after check-in, was told staff is cleaning rooms

Staff. We reached late night, person at the front desk was rude, condescending and trying to avoid us. He was not clear about the valet. The pricey valet came w/complimentary charging, did not charge our car. On the second night we had to ask 5 times

The staff and amenities were top notch. They are very respectful and take care of any problems right away.

The coffe maker in my room was broken and I found some garbage in the night stands. Also my breakfast was not free like advertised.

Location

The room didn¿t seem very clean. No one answered when we called room service and the website was down.

The staff were ALL without exception, the very best I have ever experienced! Every single staff member I encountered went above and beyond with service. They were so friendly and helpful and were so accommodating in every way! HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL!!

I was disappointed with NO HOT TUB. I always look forward to sitting in a hot tub with my husband and relaxing. Disappointing to not get free breakfast. The street that this hotel is on seems to be one of the most boarded up in town. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

This hotel is a gem. The decor is amazing. The toilet seat warms up as you approach it. You have classic records available that you can play in the room. The room is well furnished, bed is comfortable, shower was nice, large and spacious. Just amazing.

No parking / valet for $40. I had to use the parking garage across the street.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property and room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel employee at the front desk was outstanding. Loved her! I've stayed at 5 star hotels and didn't enjoy it as much. This property is a must book.

Everything was excellent.

It was a nice hotel, but it was a horrible experience because we had no running water our entire stay. Staff didn't offer a solution. There was no reimbursement or credit for a future stay.

NO WATER THE ENTIRE STAY. COULDN'T FLUSH TOILETS. COULDN'T TAKE A SHOWER. WAS RIDICULOUS. IT WAS TOO LATE TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM. DID NOT LIKE THAT THERE WERE NOTHING TO MAKE UP FOR IT.

Hotel Saint Louis was amazing. This was the best Hotel I have stayed at in Saint Louis. Great Valet service and front desk was so generous. We were upgraded to a king suite and it was remarkable. Heated toilet seat was life changing. Great rooftop bar.

Gorgeous hotel that has alot going for it.

Rooms were cold and you could not raise heat. Kids almost got sick it was so cold.

Loved the bidet with the heated toilet seat. The tv in the mirror for when I was getting ready. The size of the room and bathroom for a King room was great! It's the little things.

Hotel employee is the best porter and so very kind. Front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Union 30, was delicious and also offered room service. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very quiet overall. Great hotel!

The pool is on the smaller side but never felt crowded or overwhelmed.

We were told that the pool was heated. It was either not heated or the heater was not working. Also the Sky bar/restaurant that is open on weekends was not open Memorial Day. Seemed like it should have been.

While the location and historic hotel are wonderful the staff was far below what should be expected at a two star hotel much less a 5 star. We were beyond disappointed.

Decor

The pool is outside on the roof with no cover so if it rains there¿s no go. Also the visibility of ¿the arch¿ is non existent

Most of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. There was one especially kind front desk employee that continued to go above and beyond in assisting me and my unique issues during my stay.

I ended up staying a week at this hotel and I had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant that were blatantly ignored by the staff and there was a front desk attendant that gave the wrong wifi info saying hotel was too full for access for all.

Amazing staff, larger rooms, quiet, cute touches like record player in room and chandelier.
