Everything! The room was clean and comfy, the staff friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Yes when I searched file a hotel I specified downtown St. Louis and I was no where near downtown . It was 12 miles away so I won¿t use this again without knowing where I¿m staying prior to purchase .

Overall the staff was great. They helped to extend our stay an extra night because of weather.

We didn’t get maid service the entire time we were there. The garbages were all full and we were out of tissues in one of our rooms. I wasn’t expecting a full clean but some basic care and replenishing would have been nice.

I like the friendly staff, the pool, and the walkin shower. The water pressure and the fresh baked cookies

The first room air conditioning wouldn’t turn off so we were able to change rooms quickly and that room was a lot better.

Close to the highway

The shower was not strong enough so the other side was cold. The room was meh.

Breakfast was just so-so. The oatmeal was good but my husband said the eggs and sausage were bland.

Coffee was not hot and it took a while to get someone to bring a new canister.

Based on our previous stay at this property, the facility and room would probably have been acceptable but for the experience we had at check-in.

We arrived late as planned with a car full of luggage and hanging clothes and checked in, only to find no luggage carts. The night clerk said some guest(s) had apparently kept them in their rooms and didn’t return them. As seniors,a disabled veteran with a handicapped wife, we were in no condition to carry our belongings to our room without a cart or assistance. The night clerk tried to be helpful but to no avail. We asked the night clerk to call the hotel manager. After waiting for half an hour and seeing that hotel management would offer no further assistance, we gave them back the room keys and went to the nearby Hampton Inn and found fine accommodations for our 3-night stay.

We love the beds and the pillows. The television is large enough. You can see it. Everything has a nice separation from everything else.

Breakfast wasn't all that great. The bagel that I had was extremely crumbly, which is not the usual, and the eggs and bacon worth just not very good either..
