The staff are very nice. The hotel is very clean and is a perfect location. There is a grocery store across the street and a food hall.

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, hairsss found in shower wall, bread crumbs found on desk chair. Kitchen in room but there is no stove, no sponge for cleaning, no kitchen paper provided. You can only use the microwave.

We had to wait 75 minutes past check in time to get into our room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, beautiful and brand new looking. In the kitchenette, there was a full size fridge and freezer, a cooktop, microwave and dishwasher! Breakfast was simple but had everything we might want.

There is no parking by the hotel so you are forced to pay for valet parking. There is no tub in the bathroom. The lighting in the room is dim.

The staff downstairs was absolutely amazing! The room was also very spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

The bar tender upstairs, he wasn't very pleasant, he didn't offer a receipt for what I had purchased so when I saw 100 charge to my card for two drinks I was a bit confused. He offered no explanation as to why I was charged that much. Eventually another bartender came over and talked with us and was able to get the manager and the issue was resolved. The bartender was the only unpleasant thing we encountered. I wouldn't go back to the bar again but I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and located only about 5-10 minutes from downtown. City Foundry right across the street for food and entertainment.

Front desk staff (Samantha), failure to clean room several days, no kitchen sponges, toilet seat kept falling off, shower area flooded everyday causing dangerous water puddles for me who is handicapped and a high fall risk.
