Great location and ample room for storage, comfortable bed, quiet
No hairdryer in the room, and the front desk often was unoccupied during hours when it was supposed to be open. That was a little inconvenient. But on the whole, the place was great, the people were very nice, and I felt safe.

Great value and clean rooms. Safe location in town.
It was a little noisy in the evening, but they settled down by 10pm.

Friendly staff and close to where I needed to be. Good location to get around the city.
- they advertise breakfast but they really don't offer breakfast. It's just granola bars and oatmeal. Also doesn't start until 0600. Coffee not even put out early.I found ants in my room the day I checked out.-spilled water and when I wiped the floor with a towel, not very clean floor for the 10 point inspection they advertise.- they advertise toiletries but these are MINIMAL.

I liked the location. It was away from all the busy highways.
Our room smelled like cigarettes, roof was leaking all over the building, elevator was really janky, cigarette butt under the bed when there were clearly no smoking signs, understaffed and barely anyone at the desk when you need, and we were charged twice for our room. Awaiting one charge to be returned hopefully.

Location was great: easy access to the highway. You can cook in your room if you choose and get cookware from the desk. Pet friendly.
1) Bathroom sink was clogged and never repaired during my visit. 2) Dayshift desk staff didn¿t document this on 7/20, as stated by evening staff on 7/21. 3) No weekend maintenance. 4) Pot smoke in the hallway & elevator (in non-smoking hotel).
