Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis at Forest Park

Great Location near WashU, good breakfast, it’s quiet, safe, convenient self park reasonably priced, free coffee 24hrs, nice lobby area, professional staff. Returning guests.

I liked how clean it was and the friendliness of the front desk staff.

At breakfast, the staff seemed extremely annoyed and a bit rude especially when I had asked a question about some of the food items that my kids asked for.

It was very clean and they put care into rolling the towel on the sink into a swan

They did not tell us that you have to pay for parking they just cheated us 10 dollars a night for using their parking

The pillows were very soft & comfy, the bed was comfy, the drapes were very nice, the carpet was nice to have but could be updated

We had to pay for parking, I heard another guest complain about that to the receptionist. The breakfast was not good, except for the omelet. Not everyone likes waffles.

Wish there was a nightlight in bathroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Close location to the hospital

There was no microwave in the room like advertised and the ?crib? provided had a broken cardboard mattress. No kid should have to sleep on that.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good! No complaints!

Absolutely one of the best experiences at a hotel completely exceeded my expectations I can usually find the smallest problems but this was excellent, room was clean and wonderful, staff was friendly and the breakfast was absolutely great.

My friend left her bag of clothes after she came back home. The hotel staff mailed it back to her for free. In addition, the hotel met the expectation overall.

The breakfast was disgusting and it was under renovations.

During the middle of winter they had summer weight bedding on the beds Albeit they were remodeling it was only a face lift Safety items like a worn out GFCI outlet in the bathroom was not replaced I won¿t stay here again

The hotel room, stay, and checking in was wonderful. It is a peaceful clean hotel nice room everything was nicelycleaed and organized. For breakfast the toasted bagels and fruit were by good to go. The surroundings were good and I felt safe.

The location was easy to reach. The staff were friendly, even with a hateful customer, they did not take their frustrations out on other guests. Recognizing that we were not a part of the wedding nor the event groups we were roomed in the best option.

I would like to have seen local attraction, food, etc. options on a list. Explanation of how to connect to the free wifi--it did not work for us. There should be two packets of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. for two beds. Windows needed cleaned outside

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location near the zoo was perfect for us.

No hot tub and the pool was a little small. It wouldn't have been so noticeable except that it was a bit crowded on Saturday evening.

Location location location! Breakfast was great! The pool was great! The light and spacious bathroom in the room was great. My kids had a great time. Elevators were fast. There is jimmy johns at a walking distance and a little fountain for kids.

The beds were a little too hard but not bad. There was one day that they had the powdered eggs instead of real eggs like the other days.
