Americas Best Value Inn St. Louis Downtown

It’s was the nastiest dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my life! Mold in the shower sheets were filthy holes in the walls it was terrible!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a dead dog!!

floor was filthy, and front desk staff told the cleaning staff, but it did not get cleaned. refrigerator was not hooked up; bulb was out in the lamp on the desk; no mirror over the bathroom sink, no tissues. staff connected the refrigerator, left tissues

Free parking. Location to Convention Center

First room given us had someone sleeping in it. Vagrants during the night in parking lot very noisy and disruptive. Fighting, hollering and knocking on doors. Strange smell in room and urine smell on stairs.

The sheets was stained and burnt. The floors were Dirty and the toilet was clogged upon entry

Literally nothing

It was beyond run down. Terrible location, barbed wire and caution tape around the parking garage, broken vending machines under the stairs, generally musty smell.

I didn't like nothing about it the attendant was very rude didn't want to rent me the room cause he knew I was going to see that the rooms was not worth the price

I didn't like the whole place I feel like I was taken advantage of was not worth the money they charge

The iron, ironing board and hair dryer were missing, the floor was sticky. When asked about the content all breakfast was told it was discontinued. Only 1 person spoke English. The outside of the hotel was in bad shape, the tub was chipped up.

everything, It was filthy the first room had blood all over the bedding, bugs in the bathroom floor was a mess. they they gave us another room which was filthy. I had to stay because there were no other hotels that had a room.

No TV water doesn't work well rooms not clean Mangement harassment me about why was I paying on line and not straight through hotel me and my family are experiencing homeless and I get paid daily and that's how we living I don't have a car to move around

NOTHING AT ALL

The room was dirty. Towels were dirty. The room hadn¿t been cleaned from whoever stayed before us.

It was my own fault for not looking at previous reviews.

The building is old. Not well maintained. It smelled. They tried to make us give a $50 cash deposit at check in for a ¿non-smoking¿ room with was a false. It has an obvious smell of stale smoke. It was right under the highway. Pretty shady area.

I paid for 3 nights and couldn¿t stay one single night . Terrible hotel, dirty , the room smelled like marijuana and smoke , broken night lights. I had to pay for another hotel and couldn¿t get a refund from ¿ americas best hotel¿

Nasty , dirty, looks and smells like a motel for prostitu*** The pictures looks decent but ones my family and I got there, we couldn¿t stay a single night.

We were able to walk to Busch Stadium.

This hotel was not clean, run down, smelled like smoke. Way overpriced and no photos online were of the actual hotel. Our door lock was missing. Our second room had no AC so we had to have maintenance come and work on it. To dirty to use the shower.

Staff not particularly friendly. Room air conditioner was not on---took hours to cool down...it was very hot. Room was dusty. A lid from a beverage of the previous occupant was in the floor. Carpet on stairs was terribly dirty. Elevator didn't work.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The first room we declined had cigarette ashes and burns on the matress pad. The smell made me gag. The toilet didn't flush properly. Walls were paper thin. A stranger banged on our door a 6am looking for her boyfriend

The best part was the closeness to the Dome.

The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom sink did not drain. The beds were dirty. We ended up not staying the night because we didn't feel safe and it was not clean at all.

How close it was to the dome.

It was pretty dirty and smelly.
