The shower was nice.

Staff was absent, unaccommodating, or even sleeping on the couch. Valet was an unknown $45/night. Staff made themselves comfortable with hotels amenities. Loud rap music playing in lobby. Staff member watching foul mouthed movie in lobby. Just Ridicu

I loved the room. It was pretty and clean and roomy. The bed was seriously comfy.

The lobby was "cold". It was not super inviting. If there was a coffee bar, it was not apparent. Also, $45 per night on parking is an absurd amount of money to pay for parking. It was not disclosed at booking. I found other parking arrangements.

The staff were friendly.

1-the AC was not working properly. 2-the matress&pillows are not comfyat all. 3-parking should be free. Never again.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. After a long day on the road, it was nice to greeted with such kindness. Our room was beautifully decorated too. we slept great.

Clean

We spent 2 nights there but no one cleaned our room after the first night. Did not bring clean towels, make the bed or refresh the coffee maker essentials.

Location

Everything except location. Air leaked around both windows. Had to set thermostat on 80 to stay warm. Elevator opened before stopping on the floor. Hardly anyone at desk for any assistance and management will not return calls.

I was in town for a concert at the Enterprise Center, so the location was awesome as we were able to walk. The staff was friendly. The room was quaint and nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was really small, but that's just a personal issue.

There was barely enough hot water for one shower. Unfortunately my shower was a cold one. The in room coffee is horrible I am saying I would recommend this hotel, but due to the hot water it is a reluctant recommendation

hotel employee is great checking us in. Room was clean and comfortable. Checked out before breakfast. Great location, will come back.

Older hotel in need of future renovation. Marriot has bought the hotel and will be doing just that.

Everything is old and abused from the outside to the inside of the hotel. Not adequate parking available. How it is ranked as a 4 star hotel is beyond me.

The room wasnt very clean and not worth the $---...dirty carpets...wet carpets and furniture. Stains on the matress and blankets. Staff was knocking on the door at 9:30 asking how much longer we were going to be. Holes in the ceiling

Absolutely nothing. It is slated for renovation and should be closed down until it is renovated. The beautiful pictures on their website must be 50 years old, this hotel is a dump.

Room was clearly not cleaned. Stains on bathroom sink, mirror and floor. Table in room was dirty. Bed was dirty, lumpy mattress that didn't fit in the frame. Furniture was warped and peeling, tall bed post fell out when I sat on bed. Overall disgusting.

Couple of minor maintenance issues with slow draining tub and malfunctioning hair dryer

EVERYTHING! THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY. THERE WAS NO A/C IN THE HALLWAYS AND COMMON AREAS. OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY AND THE TOILET LEAKED. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE! THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!!

Location

The breakfast was not continually stocked. The elevator door did not function properly. The furniture was very out dated and did not look like the photos. There was a hole in the ceiling. Price for parking was very expensive. Just was not what we expecte.

The hotel is very classy and very well located.

We could not adjust the temperature of the room. There was a functioning thermostat, but the room just would not cool off.

I liked the historical aspect of the hotel and the location.

It was obviously an older hotel so there were issues with the toilet, lights out in the room and my room key was on a keyring with a paperclip. The details left something to be desired.

It was ratty, the chair was tore up, the bathtub was chipped, and smaller than the one in my home, the room was cold, the restaurant is closed, the breakfast is continental and served in a closed restaurant without the benefit of being a heated room.

Took us an hour to get into our rooms. Keep in mind we’d already booked online weeks b4, provided credit card & called the day b4 to confirm payment, beds, check in time, & rooms. Security walked into room without knocking. Had to redo rooms 3 times...
