We got there like 4 hrs early and was allowed to check in. Location was perfect literally 5 to 8 minutes from everything. Food from hotel bistro was good as well. Room was clean staff was friendly.

Convenient location, spotless room and courteous staff.

There was light construction or remodeling underway near the front entrance but did not impact my stay for the price.

The furniture was new and nice.

It was under construction and didnÂ¿t have almost any of the listed amenities except free internet. The rooms are small and awkwardly put together, not a lot of move around room. The shower had hand prints on the wall. It was quiet for the most part.

Clean

I understand supply & demand, but to charge $--- for a nightÂ¿s stay is far reaching. Shower drain was 3/4 clogged, toilet turned on every 30 minutes and walls were paper thin. Neighbors tv woke us up at 630A.

The sweet lady bartending in the evening made everything better

There is not enough space to write down how horrible my experience was. Dirty room- had to change 3 times before we got a clean one. Smells like smoke everywhere. The elevator is duck taped. Big construction going on. Yogurt in the am was expired Â¿.

Staff was great, hotel was nice and so were rooms.

Not ideal if you are wanting to be close to Busch Stadium but is very close to Union Station.

I liked that we didn't have to book a 2 night stay. We were really wanting to stay closer to Busch Stadium but all of the hotels we looked at near it were a 2 night stay minimum and we were mostly just coming into town for the Cardinals game.

Hotel was ok. Roomd dated but clean. It worked for 1 night but not be ideal for 2+. I was surprised there was not free coffee in the lobby for guests and the only thing in our room was dark brew. Website said pool closed, did not pack swimwear-it was ope

The room was clean and had enough towels.

All in all it was the stingiest place I've EVER stayed at in 50 years! Not one amenity provided free! Tiny bar of soap! Shampoo in containers bolted to wall in shower! Plus extra for parking! No courtesy breakfast! Way overpriced for what I got.

The courtyard was amazing.

When booking it said we'd have free breakfast and free parking which was a lie. We had to pay $10.00 a night to park and also pay for breakfast. This was quite discouraging once we got there and were told this.

Located downtown, right off the interstate and near the arch and union station, the location was great.

The cleanliness of the room was less than acceptable. There was hair from a previous guest stuck all over the wall in the shower.

Would like to see a variety of breakfast options. Did not set well that there was a charge for self parking in your standard on-site parking lot.

It's conveniently located, Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

Paying for parking. I feel like the parking should be included in the price of the hotel. There is no complimentary continental breakfast, so give a little something extra to your guest.
