Four Seasons Hotel St Louis

The Spa was incredible.

Cinder house was closed (didn't realize that). On-Site restaurant was a 7/10.

location, comfortable beds, attentive staff, nice spa experience

shower mildew, faucet handles came off, coffee maker not working well not replenished, clean service provided towels only on one day of three, bed not made or trash emptied except same day towels brought, coffee station not restocked.

Dinner at restaurant was less than expected steak not hot when served.

Room service and the "brand". Celebrated my daughter's 19th birthday. I couldn't take her out of town because I had just had surgery. She enjoyed the roof-top pool, eating dinner at Morton's next door, the comfy bed, and having room service.

Checked in on a Thursday at 430pm. Hardly anyone in the hotel and they only gave "birthday" upgrades with a price tag. Anything extra had to be paid for. I figured the $25 extra for the Arch view could have been waived for her birthday, but I was wrong.

The great service I received from the staff. I loved how big and clean the room was.

I didn¿t like that You needed to transfer elevators and have a key card for the elevators

Everything was top notch. All staff that I encountered were wonderful. Beautiful view of the arch from my room's floor to ceiling windows. I enjoyed the large soaking tub in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

My only minor complaint was that there wasn't an ice machine on my floor. The only ice machine is located on the 9th floor and it ran out of ice on the last day of my visit.

The shuttle to the game

A pool waiter who took it upon himself to correct us regarding where we were sitting outside! When there were very few people outside!

The Lounge area was or is special. Especial a great view of the ARCH

Had an amazing view of the City with a roof top pool! The restaurant was lovely!

I think that the staff was the best part of the experience. They lived up to the expectations one would have of the Four Seasons brand. Overall, the food I had during my stay was excellent. The filet I had was the best I've had in a long time.

There were a couple of areas in my room and common area that I thought could have had more detailed cleaning. No refrigerator in the room does not let you save any leftovers.

The fact that it was a 4 seasons and all that you would expect from the 4 seasons

We were never told the hotel was part of a casino. Every night we had to deal with drunk people with free rooms. They made the stay awful.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and room. Staff was outstanding. They asked, upon our arrival if we were there for a special occasion, we were on our anniversary. They had chocolates and a card sent up to our room. It was wonderful - great personal touch!!

Not one thing.

The ambience was delightful with a scent of sandalwood in the lobby that complimented the glass and flowing water theme. Fresh flowers, smiling friendly staff and a perfect king-sized bed.

Everything at the Four Seasons St. Louis is perfect.
