Beautiful lobby and rooms. Comfortable bed although the pillows were not the best. The rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect location to explore Forest Park.

Location was great for our needs. Hotel is in near-new condition, stylishly decorated, large rooms.
Mattress wasn't that good. View from our room was of alley with dumpsters.

The breakfast was not great. The hot food was not hot and there was just some weird items served.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many nice shops and restaurants and parking was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

I love this location in Central West End with easy and affordable parking.
One elevator was not working and the maid service also is using the one elevator. We took the stairs from the 6th floor, but it's not a deal breaker.

The location was nice and felt safe. The hotel was nicely updated and the staff was friendly.
The room was lacking Insulation as we could hear everything from other rooms and hall. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

The location is perfect for walking and not much driving, good food places within walking distance & forrest park is right down the street. Overall great experience and great hotel
