Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport

1.The rooms are not clean every day only clean every other day 2, The toilet are extremely to low to sit. 3. The cable Tv movie channels constant freezing or delayed.

The person who fixed my food and Tonya we're the only nice people there.

When I asked them to clean the room, they didn't

the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are dated and in bad shape. The shower was in horrible condition with mold and rust

Ask cleaning crew to fill container in bathroom, (shower gel) never got done. Had to ask for clean towels several times.

The location was great.

Breakfast was only included if you add it to the reservation; which you cannot do through a 3rd party vendor. The hotel smelled weird.

10 dollars for a continental cold cereal breakfast usually thats included with your stay even the 15 dollar hot breakfast was free at my last 4 hotels on this 4 week trip through the mid west

There is coffee in the lobby only in the morning. Breakfast is not included (and it is expensive).

Hotel employee was amazing! All of the staff were helpful and kind. The main lobby is very nice.

The bathroom was dirty and no one had refilled the body wash in it?s container in the shower, (I found that out AFTER I got in the shower.) The pool was locked during open morning hours, and the shuttle drivers drove fast and erratic. Fridge was loud.

No tissie in the bathroom, no room choice.. They have not deposited my refund as of yet!!

The check-in team member was very friendly and welcoming. On the evening of my stay, the team member working the front desk allowed me to borrow an iPhone charger for my phone.

There was hair in the shower drain and the team members were not willing to provide compensation for the issue. Also, there was confusion when I was dropped off at the airport as to where I needed to be to be picked up later that evening.

Shuttle had no air. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Room was filthy. Room phones did not work.

Reception at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Good value.

Breakfast staff was very indifferent. Began shutting down buffet 30 minutes early. Some items were gone, and food was all cold.

Just that it was off out of the city

We paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel and during booking no one told us that the pool was closed down for a few days. They dint even serve complementary breakfast. And also my and my daughters legs got all bit that night and where not sure what froM

I was a little worried about this hotel by some of the reviews. It was a great week honestly. The only thing I didn't like was my room because we upgraded highest price to get a really good room but we wouldve probably done better with two adjoining.

It¿s really close to marta. Hotel will shuttle you there and about 15 miles to drive downtown which is super friendly to park. We loved St Louis.
