Staff were helpful, and beds were great. Good breakfast selection, and the room was nice.

Initially, our room stunk from cigarette smoke, and we requested another. This was not a problem, and the staff took care of this. An apology for the smoke, and she mentioned all rooms are non-smoking, which was not complied with by someone.

friendly workers, especially in the dining area at breakfast. The cleanliness was excellent.

The evening clerk was terrible, her attitude was somewhat rude and not at all friendly. The morning staff and the kitchen staff were wonderful.

It had pictures of a hot tub and in it's description it had a spa. These are lies. NO hot tub or spa. The walls are paper thin. Could hear people above us at 4 am. This hotel is a 2 star hotel charging 4 star rates.

It was fine. A little outdated but room was clean.

I feel that housekeeping should be offered if you are paying over $--- per night. I was there for three nights and "did not qualify" for daily housekeeping. The front desk was nice and said if I needed anything to let them know.

The facilities are very clean and the bed provides a great night's sleep. The cookies at 8 are pretty nice too!

someone doing their 10,000 steps above us from 9:30 to past midnight, dropping things on the floor or moving furniture. Not great for getting a good nights sleep

Hotel was great. hot breakfast was good everyday. staff nice and helpful.

my room was not cleaned not one day during our stay. little disappointing considering we are in a middle of a pandemic. i left for the day came back trash still there from the day before. very sad

We had a power outage overnight, and the generator covered only the bathroom.

Convenient and easy to locate, very clean and the staff was very nice!

I wanted a pool, free breakfast and free parking. The Hampton provided all of these, but so much more. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. There were free milk and cookies at bedtime and take-away breakfast available for those in a hurry.

The rating I saw was 3 stars. No way this is only a 3 star hotel.It was clean, staff was way more friendly than is typical, breakfast was hot and good. Ideal location,south side of St. Louis post-Cardinals game headed back to Arkansas the next morning.

Location and value-nice room at a decent price.
