The staff was great to my grandson and my self

The room was slightly still dirty. Like the phone , toilet and the rug in the room. I ask for a suite with a room. And i don't like the first floor

Our room was not clean and there was nobody at the desk and nobody answering the phone.

Breakfast was really nice

What have a nice the deadbolt wouldn’t have been broken and then we asked to be on the third level so we’d be quiet and she put us right next to the elevator would’ve been nice not to be next to the elevator

Customer service was great

Hair left in the shower, stains all over the carpet

Yes ants bitting me and all over my cup of flavored water and food when I took a shower. I have pics to prove. You should re rate this hotel as a 2 star not 2.5. Its nasty

Friendly staff

The room smelled like a wet dog and vomit. If we had not arrived so late and tired we would have sought other options.

The woman at the desk our first morning was extremely rude. She was wearing jeans, flip flops and a tie t shirt. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone on several occasions and then refused to give me even her first name

The bathroom had dirty towels on back of door & hair ball in shower drain & the toilet hadn?t been cleaned. The room next to me had dogs barking all day the 3 days I was there. The air conditioner was leaking & had a dirty towel around it.

Rooms was very dirty and stunk, I cleaned the room myself as soon as I arrived .?

Quiet and comfortable.

I think it would be a good idea to put the television on the weather channel or something not as divisive as the 24/7 news channel they had it on. I heard a few people eating breakfast that were unhappy about the channel. It's the times we live in.

The hotel is clean. Breakfast is good.

The King Bedroom states you have a sofa. However a sofa is only for a King sofa. Please update your photos and room description. The night clerk was not friendly nor welcoming.

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. Staff at the front desk helped us get a room on the ground floor.

Location was convenient for us. Price was fair for the amenities offered. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and refreshing.

Breakfast area could have been monitored better-no forks, no pepper when we ate. Fruit bowl included rotten-looking oranges.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Daisy she checked us in told us about cookies and popcorn for the evening and we were so impressed with our room cleanliness and size we booked another night delicious popcorn both nights only one cookie both nights

breakfast 1st morning lots pepper& onion omelets no cheese 2nd day no sausage no omlets, no potatoes did bring out sausage & pepper onioned potatoes(yuck) never eggs as promised crew seemed disinterested if onions & pepper omitted would have been better

Location for what we needed

The hallway was filthy. There was so dirt or something on one of the beds. The worst part was the kids that were allowed to run up and down the hall and the stairway. The noise was unbelievably Loud and it went on for hours.

Very nice employees. They served a very good breakfast(biscuits,gravy,omelets and more). They even served snacks at night.

All good.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! The room was wonderful!

The drug deals going on in the parking lot.

The staff were super friendly. We arrived to find the front desk staff super friendly and kind. He gave us a room that unfortunately wasn't clean. He was awesome in quickly giving us a different room. The second room was clean and comfortable for us.
