Breakfast and staff

Only one elevator working, only 2 luggage carts, needs updated for the price I had to pay. Expected better for a Hampton Inn. Dirty air filters.

Very clean. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough.

Everything was fine. They are doing some refreshing of the facility, but that did not impact our stay in any way.

The room was a little dated,but clean considering the age, I would have liked UBS charging ports which the room didn?t have

We were having to stay because our home was hit by the tornado. Everything Was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was great. Staff was top notch!

Room had not been cleaned. Moved to a smaller room. Needed two beds and there was only one. Needed handicapped accessibility, and there was not any. The reservation was made a month in advance to make sure that all of these necessities were covered

The safe atmosphere that the staff projects and provide. The hot breakfast. Although we didn't get to see Felipe this visit. We hope he is ok.

VERY clean! Great staff! Easy check-in/ out.Great Breakfast!Easy access from parking lot. Safe environment,hotel guests very friendly. Linens/towels/toiletries well stocked. Our stay was calm, quiet,and peaceful. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very simple the front desk greeted me like I was an old friend answered every question with some personal preferences which I asked for the room was very clean the shower had amazing pressure when I went to check out the front desk was just as friendly

The Hampton never lets us down. This location was pristine with comfy beds and great customer service. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and always well stocked. Thank you for another excellent Hampton experience.

When I first started visiting some years back. They had fresh baked cookies out for guests. I would like to see that return

The manager on duty was doing the checking in. She was very informative and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Everything was wonderful. Me, being an ex-hotel area audit supervisor, couldn't ask for better customer service.

Our room was exceptionally clean. We got a handicapped room and there were 6 bars in the tub area and 2 by the toilet. It was wonderful! The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful! Will stay there again for sure!

Limited breakfast due to covid-19

Set up for covid but noone we ran into, including the staff that checked us in wore a mask. Room didn't appear to be very clean either.

We had great privacy even in the pool area.

Wish the room was a little bigger since we were there three days with a nine year old boy.

Staff was friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

For being supposedly new it seems a little worn in some places. The beds were comfy and everyone is nice to make up for it.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful.

The swimming pool caused my family to break out and have skin burns after about 30 minutes of swimming. Even though it was supposed to be salt water pool. The main reason we stayed here was because of the pool. This cause us a great bit to trouble.
