Pros +
- This hotel is amazing. It?s like a dream. They have everything you could ever want. It?s like the Disneyland of hotels.
- The overall "personality" and "quirkiness" of the vintage property, it's location, and the recent upgrades.
- Restaraunts, pools, lakefront. Do not have to leave resort.
Cons -
- 100% couldn?t have had a worse experience. The walls are thin and the room next to us partied all night long. Security was quick to respond but didn?t do enough. Just kept knocking to tell them to be quiet. They should have been kicked out or moved.
- They did not tell us at checkin about tv service being out in rooms.
- Only 1 person at check in desk, seemed unaware of how to manage her time; she spent over 10 minutes trying to locate just the right room at the request of a party of 2 in front of us; she should have had them wait and dealt with our quick check in 1st.
