The staff and how comfy the room felt

Needed more breakfast food options

The hotel staff was excellent

I looked out the window and saw that the screen had been cut off the window. The toilet wasn't mounted very well to the floor & wobbled. The water backed up in the tub and you had to stand in the water to take a shower. Recliner arm was broken.

Wouldn't guess this was a two star hotel based on the room furnishings. The room itself was in good repair, clean, with modern decor. Hotel employee at the front desk was FANTASTIC; organized, proactive, prepared in advance to get guests checked in quickly

Shower fiberglass surround had a cup in it which needed repair and the faucet leaked, but those were minimal compared with the quality of the room and front desk staff

The people did a great job, from checking in throughout our stay

Dated a little more than the places I normally stay but clean

We were surprised , The hotel is so clean, bed is comfortable and clean, Smells great and the staff is really helpful.They have been an amazing to us. We will definitely gonna stay there again if we were in Neosho area.

The lady at the front desk was terrific. Because of the "off" hours of driving which I must keep, an early check-in and check-out are essential and very much appreciated.

This is the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed at! Everything in the room is an upgrade from what I had come to expect from Super 8; big comfy bed, clean sheets, a microwave and a mini fridge, and a TV with more than just a few channels. Very impressive!

The hotel is better than what we expected. Room is a nice size and larger than other places with the same price. It looks modern and clean. We are very happy with our stay

electrical issue: when we started the microwave to warm a cup of tea, power was lost to microwave, tv & wires smelled hot. (this occurred with room items only plugged in, nothing additional). other note breakfast as stated was NOT provided.

It was quiet

There was mold in the bathroom, no continental breakfast which is still advertised that it has.

The front desk service was awesome. I had to extend my stay a couple times and I expected to have to switch room¿s but nope I didn¿t have to. Which I was very grateful.

There¿s no on-site laundry facility. I had to find a laundromat to go to.

NOTHING! This is the worst hotel EverThe room had bed bugs and then when I was moved to another room, the Air Conditioner was not working. When asked for a refund they said only the manager could approve that and she wasn¿t there. DO NOT STAY here.!

The bathroom did not work. We had to turn the water off and on to flush the toilet. There were bed bugs. The air conditioner didn¿t work. The staff looked like Meth addicts. It was the worst experience I¿ve ever had in a hotel.

I was concerned with the furniture being worn out. Especially the recliner.The arms were uncomfortable. I also would have liked to have been told when and where the free breakfast was being held.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

It is old and in disrepair.The smoke alarm was broken.There was a line through the TV.The air conditioner didn't work properly.

Location was ok

Staff was rude as hell! Went to ask for extra towels and bottles of water and was asked if we were smoking pot because she smelled it in the building. I was very offended. The room was dirty and had no screen on the window. The furniture was old and broke

I didn't like the people hanging out outside the building It looks like drug problems in neosho However nobody bothered us

Always a pleasant stay. I was charges twice on accident. And they had it deposited back on my account by the next morning. Great service

The location

We actually enjoyed the room. It was comfortable. The clerk was friendly. We were disappointed in the heavy smoke smell in the lobby both when we Got there and left. Thankfully the room wasn't smoky.
