Baymont by Wyndham Liberty MO

I used to commonly stay at Hampton Inn. All I'm doing at a hotel is sleeping, showering, eating a continental breakfast, and leaving. This was $--- a night less than the Hampton Inn.

The Baymont was in an old strip mall. Some of the stores around it were closed. There was no elevator, entering and exiting involved half a flight of stairs. I'm not 40 anymore. The room was clean except for the mold on the grout in the shower.

Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The price was right. Location good.

No tv remote. Door was adjar when we got to the room; had to lift the door to get it to close and lock.

Not much. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bed in room vibrated when anyone walked on stairs outside the room.

Breakfast sucked. Same thing everyday half of the time the waffle machine is broke.

Location to highway

Breakfast gets zero star. No juices, no milk for cereal provided, decaf coffee was like mud., no yogurt, and no peanut butter or jelly for toast.

That it was closed gates and locked up when I arrived after driving 8 hours to get there.

Ya the worker was lazy and didnt even have breakfast at all at 10:45 when I checked out!!!

It was a bait and switch scam in which they sold me a room with a jacuzzi tub but when I arrived, they told me that they had no room with a jacuzzi tub available and it was not possible to give me a refund.

I did not like how dirty it was, nor that I stabbed my toe on a nail in the transition strip between the bathroom and entryway. But I mostly didn't like their bait and switch tactics.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The staff were terribly rude, came into our room without asking while we were gone, tried to accuse us of breaking the bathroom sink and tried to keep our $100 deposit. We will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Put in new hallway carpet, and remodeled room

Breakfast was 6 to 9. Went down at 7:45, coffee and juice on, but everything else was gone. Asked and the desk clerk (night mgr?) started putting everything out. We were to have a non smoking room. When we opened the door it smelled very badly of smoke.

Booked a suite room with one bed and a jetted tub. When we arrived we were told that all the rooms with one bed were occupied. Disappointed with the fact we were not given a suite when that was the reason this hotel was chosen. Breakfast was poorly stocke

The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.

Could have been cleaner. Sloppy paint job.

Continental breakfast nice. But no eggs and sausage on the final day of our stay.

No handicap access to room.

The location.

The amenities offered indicated breakfast would be available. There was nothing offered, not even a cup of coffee. We checked out at 7:30 a.m. so am doubtful we missed breakfast.

Unfriendly staff waited over 45 mins for staff to come to d front desk to check in. Room was in very bad repair holes in the ceiling bathroom falling apart cold air coming through heater

Location was good. Room well located, parking good.

The room was a non-smoking room but smelled strongly of smoke. Bathroom was dirty and maybe mold in shower. Just kindof dirty.

It was clean

It was suppose to be smoke free but you could smell the smoke when you went into the room

Semi close to the event which we needed to attend.

Would not let us use the credit card we wanted to use to pay for the room. Only one outlet in the room worked.

Location to event was attending

Heard too many complaints about motel changed rates with new ownership after people had booked before and new owners wouldn¿t honor rates

I didn¿t like the fact that I was assaulted by one of your employees I actually had to call the police if you want to reach out separately I can send you the video because it was all captured on video
