Clean room, great service, good breakfast, cookies, bottles of water

The rate was high for the location, vacancy rate, demand, etc. Does the TV in lobby work? Put some news, weather or sports on. Just a suggestion.

It is clean. The staff is great. It is just down the street from Truman State University.

Pool was dirty. Staff was rude. Housekeeping didn?t get done everyday like it was supposed to. Breakfast was gross give wife diarrhea

The location was very clean and fresh-smelling. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable including the four pillows provided. Staff was friendly; parking was plentiful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!!!

We would have liked to use a table frequently provided by other motels, although this facility removed the tables from every room as stated by staff. There was a desk space and a small 15" computer table to use while sitting in a chair.

The bed and pool

The fact that I booked for a room with 2 queen size beds and when checked in was informed that the room our room with 2 queen beds and got room with 1 queen bed¿ not at all happy!

Clean, quiet room. Bed was very comfortable

When we arrived in breakfast area at 8:00 to get coffee and eat; everything was out. I had to go to find someone to let her know all the coffee and hot food was gone. She told me she hadn¿t been checking and didn¿t realize it was all gone.

The one and only thing good about this hotel was the breakfast. There was a nice variety of food and everything was cooked perfectly.

This hotel is horrendous!! The comforter had spots of blood on it, there were long black hairs on the sheets, ants in the bathroom and the AC didn't work correctly. The staff was unhelpful, inept and completely useless.

The first hotel I've been to that would not take outgoing mail. The girl at the desk looked disgusted that I would ask if they could post my stamped post cards

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to. Currently Business 63 is currently under construction; if coming from the north, be sure to take the bypass. Hotel is north a short distance, from south end of town. Easy to find!

We could never use the patio area, as the smokers took it over. It would be nice if they went to an area that wasn¿t so public. No hot tub in pool area.

Location and friendly staff.

Smoking allowed allowed to take over the entire outdoor patio area vs going to an area away from non-smokers.

It is nice an has elevator. Don't have to take stairs. My husband an I are both handicapped.

Room was not for handicapped.

Staff was very friendly! The breakfast was such a great surprise!! They offered a hot breakfast and not a go bag and that was so nice since I was traveling with my kiddos! The pool was open and we loved that it was salt water and not chlorine!

Hotel is new and very clean. I would rate it 3.5 stars

It's weird how to get to the parking lot. It's like a shared driveway with a 1 star motel to get to the nice one.
