No towels in the room, poor breakfast, and finding someone to get the room towels took me nearly an hour.

Nothing. Never, ever again

They sent me to several different rooms - all of which were already occupied - before we found a room that I could stay in. The level of disorganization was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, there was definitely smoking in some rooms. Not very clean

I liked how friendly the staff were.

There were hair clippings in the faucet knob. The doors slammed easily. The side entrance/exit door was consistently unlocked. It was cold in the room without the air on.

Front desk clerk was surly and not at all helpful. Room was not clean when I arrived 1 1/2 hours after the 2:00 pm arrival time. After telling the front desk my room was not clean, I was angrily told two people had not arrived that day and another left.

Cheap.

Staff of ONE! Bed linens piled on the breakfast room table. Shoddy repairs to bathroom door trim; sheet metal screws right through the wood trim. No landscaping. Non-smoking, ground-floor room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and mildew.

It was clean & quiet, had free Wi-Fi

There was no soap in bathroom, & none available at the front desk. Also, channels on tv weren't what was stated in brochure.

It's close location to City Rt Hwy 63 and the Business District and Truman State University.

They do not accept pets.

Clean and comfortable at an affordable price

Had to wash the filter on the air conditioner to get rid of musty/dusty smell. Probably need it in all the rooms.

The manager on duty was friendly and helpful when giving directions to shopping and resturants.

Bathtub stained, washcloths looked dirty white, some with spots and stains, the coffee pot would not reach the outlet until we put it on the floor, (where was our table??) the room was hot when we arrived and did not smell clean.

I loved how close it was to the Kirksville country club which is where our tournament was.

The cable was terrible and the room had a funky smell.

Had room very close to the stairs lots of noise by people coming in and leaving early in early

We only had one set of towels in bathroom.The bathroom floor were sticky, I had to put towel down on the sticky floor and wear my shoes. But probably best hotel in area. I did see two more hotel were going up in the area

Some rooms have no tables no microwaves poorly maintained some staff are not very helpful

Nothing... way overpriced they cheap out on everything, nothing is ever stocked, it's always so dark. They turn all the parking lights off, the sign light is always off, he'll even the snack machine light is off. The staff will not lift a finger to help.

Way overpriced for the value, staff is terrible, ice machine is always leaking all over the floor my the breakfast area.

Room was clean and the staff was great.

Our room was next to the stairway and we could hear the traffic especially when someone banged their suitcase on wheels up or down the stairs. However, it was easy to overlook that problem because we had a GREAT RATE!!

For a budget priced hotel the bed was actually pretty comfortable (better than some nicer hotels I have stayed at) and the blankets and sheets were also decent, no holes in them or really thin like I have experienced.

Not enough plugs in room. There wasn't even one open one to charge my phone. I had to unplug a lamp. Not having an elevator sucks when you have to carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast was pretty lame.

Small room. Felt very cheap. No closet. Smelled like smoke. Bathroom was unclean and bathtub drain didn't work. Horrible. Will never go back. I'll stay outside of town if I have to instead.
