Window screen torn apart, sheer curtains ripped, indoor pool out of service, carpet and walls very worn and the cheapest/skimpiest free breakfast I have ever seen.

Run down pretty bad. Not cleanest motel outside nor inside.

Great quiet location and safe friendly staff that’s on site 24/7

It?s very quiet and the pool was wonderful for my daughter. The place is very clean and the staff very nice and friendly. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking in Kearney, MO.

Location is great!

The room had a broken window, a dehumidifier running in with a strong smell present. I?ve never seen a dehumidifier in a room! Breakfast was little to none available at 0745 am (6-9 am)

No our stay was comfortable, quiet and breakfast was standard but good.

Brealfkfast was terrible. Pool closed indefinatitely. Walls paper thin. Could hear every breath from rooms on both sides. Bath tub was filthy. Staff were advised and took no action. This hotel is a 1 star at most.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank all that helped shovel our car out of the driveway when we got a 10" snow.

The pool was closed. The room was supposed to have a whirlpool and did not. There was nowhere to do laundry and we got snowed in

The breakfast buffet

Only got three hours of sleep because the front desk attendant refused to enforce quiet on the part of the guests in the room next to ours. Three times I went to the front desk to report the ongoing nonstop ruckus. Never again at this property!

Breakfast was very skimpy. No jelly, no peanut butter, only white bread. The only protein was eggs.

The hotel was affordable, easy to find, and the staff at the front desk was friendly.

Our room smelled very musty. The bed skirting had visible mold. The ppol was closed for maintenance The vending machine was borken. The ice machine had visible mold. Just not a clean, well-kept place to stay.

Hotel was clean and quiet

Breakfast was lacking. Eggs were warm not hot. Only white bread, would prefer a wheat. No bacon or sausage. No fruit.

Staff was pleasant. Easy off hwy. Near food.

There was mold on the curtains, burn holes in bed spread and burns on toilet. The office chair was broken and when we asked for another one, it had rips and burn holes. Seriously needs tlc and updated.

Will not stay in another quality inn again. Dirty room, hair on bathroom floor, filthy chair, unknown substance on bathtub. Breakfast was terrible especially the coffee and juice machine. The staff we dealt with were rude and not helpful.

There was a bed

There was literally mold growing all over and inside the coffee maker in the room and no response and no one present at the counter at check out to complain to. Totally ridiculous and I should have gotten a refund of some sort just unacceptable.

The desk clerk in the evenin was delightful. Very friendly and very helpful.

We woke up in the morning covered with ants all over us and our bed. I took a video of the ants all over the bed. When I showed the desk clerk he said ¿ oh. I¿ll let my manager know and house keeping¿. No credit no I¿m sorry. Will not be back.
