Comfort Inn Kearney - Liberty

We were at the front desk for over an hour with nobody there to help us with our reservation. We called the number and the phone was sitting on the desk. Eventually the local police had to wake one of the other night mangers to help assist us after 2hours

I reserved a room with a whirlpool and my room didn't have that nor did it have a refrigerator

Hotel was dirty. No towels in pool area when asked for towels was told they had only 2 towels for 4 people swimming. First room opened was not cleaned. Second room smoke detector chirping took 2 times asking have changed battery. Back door not locked

Hotel was unclean. There was a package of cheese sauce in stairwell that was crusted and had been there for days. Bedding looked as if it had not be laundered, stains. Black mold in bathroom. Pool had floating White particles. No spa. Breakfast=disgusting

Frozen breakfast buffet food served many people waiting for food to be replenished, pool needed maintenance, no hot tub as advertised on website, drains didn't drain well in room the toilet weakly flushed, attendant not friendly no pool towels available

The staff were polite and very helpful.

the room had no pillowcases on the pillows, there were also wasp flying around, the coffee pot was missing, and there was no shower curtain. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The staff helped with pillowcases and wasps. Bed uncomfortable

The staff, dirty room, smelled bad, did not replaced used stuff like shampoo, conditioner, lotions, doors being slammed, staff is very young , breakfast was a joke.

Display customer info on screen at checkout that¿s visible to anyone standing around. Then they print hotel receipt and half slip under door - has name , phone, & address on it ¿¿not safe!! Should be emailed or printed upon request . This is antiquated!

Great water pressure, comfortable bed, room had fridge and microwave. When we called the front desk about the ax not cooling the front desk guy was at our door immediately!

The carpet needs to be replaced. Lots of stains. The ac took most of the night to cool the room down. It struggled.

The staff was very accommodating. My husband uses a mobility scooter that needed to be plugged in and they provided a place where it could be charged. It was very helpful.

The shower pressure was really low.

I booked the room because they have a hot tub. But when I arrived, It was broke.

Location, room was clean and well appointed.

First floor hallway smelled like odd spices.

I can't say one nice thing about this place.

It was dirty, air conditioner didn't work, doors to the rooms didn't lock, and the hotel is just run down. I should have listened to the reviews.

Multiple safety issues, outlets not covered, no smoke detector in our room. Black mold in shower area. It just needs a major update.Gas meter braced up by bricks and not protected. Not staying there again..

Location was great and the breakfast was fine.

Pets are allowed to stay in all the rooms.Not good,some people have allergies to pets. Because of the pet friendly policy,I would not book this hotel again,but for a person that has pets or don't have allergy issues I may suggest this hotel to them.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

-The breakfast was terrible. The waffle batter was watery and the sausage patty had hard spots. The food was always the same. -The room smelled like smoke. The hallway smelled like body order. It was gross.

This hotel is old and tired. It was clean enough but definitely needs updating. The outside was a mess! Lean needed mowing, weeds everywhere in the landscaping rocks. I felt it wasn¿t a very good value for what we paid.

Availability, and a great staff. I love the clean, safe pool and hot tub. When I need a terrific hotel I know comfort inn is the best choice. Thank you

Staff was great and room was nice.

Online it said I booked a room with a whirlpool but I didn¿t get one, just a regular king room. Also, there was a small stain on bedding.

Friendly staff and great location. Easy off and on to I-35.

For some reason the sheets didn't come up to the top of the bed. Was about a foot short. I like to have the sheets clear up to my head.

Staff and great grab and go breakfast.

Lots of long hair on the shower wall.
