Good location and neighborhood.

The heater was really loud. It woke us up at night.

They had an option of a room with 3 queen size beds. Wonderful for a family of 5-6. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean.

it was easily accessible, a quiet atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the Kearney area.

I was taken by surprise by their request for a deposit at checkin to ensure the room was not damaged. I would have preferred they mentioned it and included in the initial booking

It?s not totally updated, no usb ports or options for tv app use but for the price paired with clean, comfy, nice staff and location, those things are remedial

The room was very warm when we arrived. Everything felt damp, sheets, towels, even the floor. We turned on the AC, it was not on. They must know it is an issue because there was a dehumidifier in the room as well, not on. Biscuits were hockey pucks.

Comfortable bed.

Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. TV didn't work. Bathroom door didn't latch closed. Internet was intermittent. Light next to the bed was broken. Overall poor experience. We would not go back there again.

The location was convenient for me and safe.

The room was okay, the floor was not clean and the adjoining rooms occupant smoked even though all rooms were non-smoking. The continental breakfast pretty lackluster. Biscuits were rock hard like they had been saved for several days and warmed up.

The hotel was clean and safe. I appreciated that the tv worked for me to sign in to Netflix to watch movies. Their pancake machine was so cool that I'd eat pancakes every day just to watch it!

Breakfast was cold. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was actually cold. They put it out cold and expect it to heat up over time. The problem was they put it out cold at the start of breakfast. Coffee maker was off and not ready too.
