- Location
- The party that I was attending. Everthing else sucked. When using water in the basin, there was a loud noise. Totally ridiculous.
- Close to Arrowhead

- Horrid experience. Super rude guest service lady, gave us keys to a room that people were already in. Room was the dirtiest I have ever seen in any hotel. Broken lock on our room door, broken tv in our room. Trash hotel. Do not stay there.
- PLENTY, It was NYE and the hotel had no HEAT!!!!! No blankets in rooms. Ice machine on my floor (3) did not work had to go to the 6th floor. I requested receipt when I checked out but computers were down, they never emailed receipt. No apologies
