Clean, Comfortable, Friendly staff, and exceptional buffet breakfast. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes from hotel to MCI.

Large, quiet room. Very clean, very comfortable. Reception is manned 24 hrs. Shuttle bus to/from airport runs every 15 mins, 24 hrs., so we were able to return our rental car late at night, have the shuttle pick us up at the rental car return and take us to the hotel and then grab the shuttle the morning to catch a very early flight out. The staff was super.

I always stay here the night before a trip! The hotel is so nice, the staff friendly, and shuttle service is excellent!

The air conditioner didn’t work.

The room was fairly clean. They provided enough towels. The decor is updated and nice.

The AC didn't work on the 9th floor in any of the 3 rooms we rented. It was hot. The pillows were old and not supportive.

I was always pleased with this hotel until this time, first the rate was almost double from other times that we stayed there. When I checked in and went to our room there was someone already in there, so went back to from desk they gave me another room

which was the very last room on the floor we are both 79 and 80 years old so did not like walking that far to the room. The only good thing was the bar and the food was great as always and employees were great at the bar.

Quiet rooms with no air traffic noise. Quick shuttle to the terminal.
