- Room was decent enough, bed was comfy.
- I had an emergency and had to leave at 9:30pm and the front desk employee; refused to give me a partial or full refund. He just stood there looking cocky
- The location in relation to the town.
Cons -
- I had to change rooms because their were mice in my room. The beds were not clean.
- I need more characters. Said it was pet friendly, then charged a fee about half the room charge to allow a support animal. Tried to say fee was only payable in cash, probably so the clerk could pocket it without reporting it since it wasn't a real fee.
- The room was dirty, there was still used soap in the shower. Walk on the floor barefoot and your feet would get black
