Quality Inn Florissant-St. Louis

It is located near expressway

It needs to be updated. Toilets are to low. Floors need to be cleaned. Every time I walk from the bed to the shower there is black dirt coming off of my feet when I turn on the shower. I am glad I didn't have my grand kids with me they play on the floors.

The hotel was nasty. I had roaches in my bathroom. The toilet seat had urine stain on it at the back of the seat.

Elevator to room was filthy. Stepped into room and found a queen sized bed vs what I reserved(King). Air conditioning worked but rattled continuously. Stepped into bathroom, barely any water coming from sink. Shower head holder was broken, had to hold.

Room was clean, good sheets, nice towels

Missing tv remote but hotel made it right

The breakfast was really good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, and more.

Allowed me to check out at noon at no extra charge.

Foreign Hair on bath towels - unable to control the heat in my room - unable to control the air in the room - no phone in room - no body soap or toothpaste in room. Beds are stiff but I guess you get what you pay for. I couldn?t wait to check out.

The room was available.

The ceiling was chipping, the exhaust didn't work in the bathroom, the windows sounded open and felt like a draft. Coming thru the air unit? I don't know. Breakfast is a disaster. Nothing is as it should be.

Room was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good - easy access.

Check in took 40 minutes. I had to wait again because the room provided didn't match my reservation. Hotel wanted to charge me extra for the room I reserved. Room was nonsmoking but had a VERY strong smoke smell. Replenishment of breakfast items was slow

I had to get switched to another room because the first one didn't have a remote the carpet was dirty

The curtains had stains on them spiders were crawling

The staff is truly amazing!!! I am disabled and they have been extremely accommodating.

Everything was great I just wish they'd have a little bit more variety at breakfast

The price and comfort. It's actually a pretty quiet Hotel and the breakfast is always good!!

Very affordable,breakfast is free and actually good,room was good and comfortable, awesome helpful staff!!

-No closet -bedspread was dirty

mattress was "weird" When I moved it made creaking sound, like wood vs springs

Had a late night, thought I was up in time to grab coffee, nope, completely shut down by 9:40 am, restaurants serve breakfast till 10:30, seems life you could at least off coffee until 10 am

Ceiling pieces on the carpet. Mini fridge didn?t work. Toilet was plogged.

There was a lady kicking a door in yelling for a man to let her in calling very bad name you could think ok I didn?t stay I left within the hour
