- Intried to cancel within mins of booking it, as it was a mistake and the manager refused to refund. It was not a clean room, missing towels and even soap to wash my hands
- Hot tub water was gray the pool was dirty. The refrigerator was broken and they said they fixed it but they did not. The breakfast was awful. Will never go back to this place
- Trash cans overflowing everywhere Staff said they were not allowed to put out more food for breakfast once the first ran out.Hot tub was disgusting brown waterOther guests allowed to smoke marijuana in the enclosed indoor pool area with children present
