The customer service was outstanding, breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean.

Breakfast. Biscuit n gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, pastries, breads, yogurts, juice, coffee. Everything u need.

The hottest been out of order for months and pool was closed for maintence the 3 days we were there. So the amenitiesI wanted in a hotel were not available..

Clean, friendly staff, hot coffee and fresh water in the lobby at all times, breakfast each morning with multiple options.

It was clean, we felt safe and secure.staff was friendly and courteous. Bed was very comfortable ¿¿.

The rooms were clean and quiet.

1st front desk employee we encountered was not so nice to the point of being snippy. When we were able to check in the male (sorry didn't catch his name) employee was fantastic. Maybe she had a long shift and was ready to go home, she wasn't very polite.

Staff was kind and let us check in earlier than the posted check in time. Great selection of foods at the morning breakfast!

Hotel could include itself on the highway exit signs for hotels/lodging. Missed the exit and had to turn around after seeing it from the road.

Our room was great and the breakfast was exceptional

I rented this room so my kids could spend the weekend swimming for the holiday weekend. However, we were there checking before I was informed the pool and hottub were closed for the weekend. If ammeneties are unavailable it should be listed online.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Professional,inviting,very friendly,and helpful. The room was somewhat small but very clean and equipped with all of the necessities. Slept well. The breakfast bar was very good with many choices for a hot breakfast.

By far the BEST thing about this hotel is the staff !!! Every person was SO friendly and helpful ! Hotel employee were excellent front desk clerks! Hotel employee was so kind and helpful as she was refilling empty food trays. The cleaning staff were superb !

The room was smaller than I hoped for. But very clean and well decorated. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Again, the best thing about this hotel is their excellent staff!!! I was very impressed and so were my parents who also booked a room.

The staff was pretty friendly. Very smooth check in and check out process.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We stayed at this hotel because the night before we stayed somewhere else for $---- and the bed was awful. This one being twice the price, we thought the bed would be a little better.....it wasn't.

Only suggestion would be to have an outdoor courtyard or some benches outside for when the weather is nice. Other than that a great place.

The breakfast and the helpful staff. The free buffet breakfast had the usual scrambled eggs and sausage but also several kinds of cereal and juices AND fresh rasberries, blueberries and strawberries.

The room was kind of small but consistent for the star rating for the hotel.

Very clean and an excellent free breakfast buffet. I like the healthy options: oatmeal, plenty of fresh fruits, and almonds/nuts. I also liked that they provided the healthy option of turkey sausage.
