- Close to University hospital.
- The pool area was nice and the hot tub was actually hot.

- The hotel was absolutely horrible and I mean horrible. The room was 87 degrees the thermostat did not work it was horrible. I asked the front desk numerous times to see if they could do something about it and I was completely ignored very rudely.
- The tv service did not work at all. And that wasn't told upon check. Pretty frustrating when you have a child with you and they cannot watch tv and thet did not provide anything for the inconvenience. I came to como to celebrate my homecoming.
- A night employee at this Holiday Inn should never be allowed in the service industry, period. I am notifying Holiday Inn concerning his behavior and treatment of guests.
