Best Western - Brookfield

Heating/Cooling system. Windows can?t open to change the air. Room smell a bit stiff

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and service oriented, They served a decent breakfast, but we were later and they didn't have biscuits for the biscuits and gravy.

We basically just used hotel to sleep. But when looking to catch up on events via the TV. The direct TV box was not powered on nor could we get it to power up. So no TV.

Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable... Love their pillows.

Our room was on first floor and the door to up stairs was right at our wall of the room, so all day and night... The door slammed closed and you can hear the running up and down the stairs...

We enjoyed the location and closeness to the main highway. The breakfast amazing and unexpected. The variety and options for hot and cold food were unexpected.

Clean room and friendly staff. The hotel offers free hot breakfast.

Weak internet signal in room. Only way to access the internet was to move closer to hallway.

very comfy beds, very nice breakfast and very friendly and competent staff

the beds were very comfy but they were very squeaky. You could hear the squeaking when you got out of bed, sat on it or rolled over, we could even hear it loudly from the bed above us, we were in room 214

Breakfast was okay, the breakfast room was very small so it was a very tight eating area if there were many guests. The location was great, staff was very friendly, the motel was well taken care of and smelled clean. The were always cleaning the floors.

there was no extra chair in the room so that two of us could sit, but we did not spend much time in the room.

It was close to the area we needed to be for family gatherings and the front desk people were nice

I was on the fence about staying at this hotel because of some of the reviews but unfortunately it was the only hotel in the town where we were for pictures and family function. We found a cockroach right when we walked into our room.

I felt the price was high as the small town did not offer much in the way of dining options. It was high for location only as it was on a main Highway..
