Pros +
- Old-fashioned key was cute. Shower water pressure great. Free internet. Cheap place to sleep but don't expect anything more.
- Comfortable bed, good location.
- Although it's an older building lacking some of the conveniences of more modern ones, it was clean and certainly has the best price around. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The room was VERY small; walkway for one person. Window blind didn't close. Mattress dipped in the middle; sheet came off in night. Bathroom door had to be shoved closed. Shower didn't drain well. Towels were small/thin/limited.
- Plumbing OK, but could be updated. One seemingly permanent guest made morning a bit noisy with persistent chatter outside.
- walls between rooms thin--could hear neighbors later than I'd have liked when trying to sleep, but that's hardly under the control of owners.

Small, quiet, great staff, convenient to shopping and resturants.
Nice, clean, inexpensive hotel. The staff was very friendly. Hotel accepts pets for a $10 fee (once per trip, not nightly).
They changed rooms for us, because we asked. They then cleaned the new room from top to bottom including the walls and all the bedding.
For the price everything was great.
