- Plenty of amenities and great location
- Truly a resort hotel the understands how to treat their guests in a royal fashion.
- Location... aesthetics... available activities.
Cons -
- Our room did not cool below 72.
- Some broken outside fixtures... Atrium birds lonely... only one per cage although two are listed... others dead? No access to water features... you can only look from other floors... somewhat disappointing.
- The bed was very uncomfortable and cheap, did not get much rest due to pain that the bed caused. Bath towels were not replenished and when asking the house cleaner she was very rude. Ordered room service never received or informed that it was not coming.
