- We were aware of the waterpark being under renovation at the time, but we read the prior reviews about how well this hotel ways and went ahead and book it. It was still an absolute amazing hotel even without the waterpark. The breakfast was amazing!!
- The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh and the room is perfect if you have children because of the bunk beds. This will be out hotel when we come to Branson. We can't wait for the water park to be ready.

- Had to walk across the street to go swimming
- Only thing I didn't like very the other guests. Many families had children running up the hallways and bagging on peoples doors, slamming doors at midnight but once we called the front desk it was handled immediately.
- YES, didn't know that water park was close till show up at hotel.Night customer services desk worker was LAZY. Room never clean whole week we stay and ask about if could get clean no one show up. Night services worker gave me trash bag to clean myself
