Lots of parking and close to shops and restaurants.

Staff was extremely rude.

Rudeness of staff members after a mistake was made by them. Came back from Chiefs game and was told it was the day I should have checked out. I checked in that day. Little weird considering how many times I have stayed there.

Location. Easy access from interstate

1) Ants in large numbers in the window seal. Had to be moved to another room. 2) Tornado warnings all of Sunday. Hotel has no form of notification system to advise guest where the shelter in place. 3) Male employees working the lobby reeked of body odor.

Then letting the cops look at the camera and help them get me a DWI in their parking lot that was the best part of it.

It was handy and affordable.

Avoid the breakfast! I really should have taken pictures of the "sausage" and the "gravy." And what is with hotels assuming guests have any interest whatsoever in watching FOX News in the lobby? Turn that off!

someone was in our room after we checked in and our luggage ended up down at the front desk with a different room number on it. Likely if anything of value had been in our luggage it would have been gone.

The staff were very helpful and one front desk lady printed my work assignment and let me in the back door when a windstorm damaged the front door. Another staff person insisted on helping me out with my baggage.

The road that runs by the inn is often extremely busy and hard to get in and out of.

Comfy bed, breakfast is decent.

Smells like smoke, carpets are old and dirty.

Absolutely everything. Side doors were propped open and homeless people were coming in to get food from the breakfast bar. Breakfast was filled on Monday and not filled again. Front desk person was sleeping at the desk. Lobby smelled. Worst experience!

I checked in between 2 and 3 am, by 8 am the fire Marshall came and condemned the building. Staff was supposed to be getting people out of building. OSHA came, police came man would not refund $ had to argue he finally did but not for my 5 hours there

The sheets on one of the beds were stained with what looked like foot tracks from mud, the curtain was ripped/shredded, the faucet in the bathroom and the mirror had not been wiped down. My daughter and I slept on top of the bed coverings. :(

The room could have been wiped down a little better.TV didn't work at first and channel guide.The front desk clerk was very rude and not friendly.Also along with him accusing me of being on drug and a bad mother after he hung up on me twice.

Cleanliness. This hotel still wants to keep your room clean everyday. Breakfast and BBC America.

It's quiet, comfortable, and has BBC America, so I can watch Dr. Who on Christmas. Also, they don't skimp on their breakfast options.
