Econo Lodge Belton - Kansas City South

Location

I tried to get an early checkout and was told I could not get a refund. Bugs in the room. Plenty of stains.

All the employees all the quest we stayed 4 nights and it was an awesome except for the rain

Breakfast missing eggs, bacon or sausage

They gave us our money back.

Bugs, bed bugs, light over vanity hanging by wires. Someone?s credit card under headboard. Filthy under headboard, no rub drain stopper, flange from shower just hanging, mirrors dirty, etc. Hotel gave us our full refund.

The location is close to work

TV's don't work in rooms & no cable they use a antenna phones messed up not to mention staff was very rude about this issue was told there is nothing they could do but yet I paid my money for a room of comfort and was not offered something off my bill

The room was not clean, there were ants an roaches

Yes...amenities that were listed on the website that were not offered....either they NEVER had offered them or they were out. When I asked them about things that were not available their answer was a combination of non-caring and Cavalier

There was no top on the toilet tank in my room. The drapes did not work properly. The coffee served at breakfast was like colored water.

Just the location

Very dirty room, smelled strongly cigarettes, the refrigerator dirty and bad smells. I s Avery disgusting place.

The room was not clean. The bed sheet and the blankets were dirty. There were bugs all around in the room and also in the bathroom.

Walked in our room. Turned around and left. The guy running the front desk was kind enough to give us a prompt refund.

sloppy repairs and terrible mattress that was sunken in.

This place was as sketchie a place I¿ve ever stayed in. No breakfast as advertised when I left at 8:40 am. All the chairs were still on the tables.

Quiet

I did Not like or appreciate the staff opening my door and telling me it's check out time 1hr before it should have been had I Not paid for theat extra day the night b4. Then he proceeded to keep coming back and arguing about it even though I was right.

The Floors were very dirty. the fascist in the tub was so hard to turn on and off. the ground around the hotel were full of trash beer cans. Not a facility I will ever stay at again.

It was a quiet location

Motel lacked proper amenities and maintenance. Front desk manager was unprofessional.

Location. Price

Hair dryer smoked n wasn't replaced. Fridge didn't work. All 4 days no syrup for waffles. Towel racks broke off wall and not repaired

The location and most of the staff is very helpful.

The so called maintenance man knocked on my door at night drunk saying crazy stuff to my girlfriend and me in front of her children as well. And then one of the front host also came to my room beating on my door telling me to leave because When I paid !

I liked the location

Upon arrival office was open no one at front desk the lady came from inside a room 30 mins later to check me in she went back to the room people were partyin and looks like she joined the party.she was high on some type of drug .it was loud all night

No bedbugs.

The room was filthy, bare wires exposed. The door to the room looked like someone had kicked it in and it would not bolt shut. The refrigerator and microwave were broken and filthy. There were even more problems than I can write about.

More pillows on the bed. There were three very thin pillows for a king sized bed.
